Many existing fitness apps feel fragmented; users often need multiple platforms to track workouts, calories, sleep and social interaction. This lack of cohesion makes it difficult to stay consistent and motivated.

Build an all-in-one fitness platform for health tracking, workout programs and nutrition
Enhance motivation through progress tracking and visualised achievements.
Encourage community interaction with a social feed of friends, progress, and fitness enthusiasts
Primary Goals
Unified Dashboard: Key metrics like calories, steps, sleep, and hydration in a single, glanceable view.
Workout Programs: Guided routines (jogging, yoga, cycling, strength) with progress tracking.
Nutrition Tracking: Food summary with macros and AI-powered calorie estimation via photo input.
Community Feed: A social space to share progress, celebrate achievements, and stay motivated.
