The scope, timeline, and deliverables of any service will be outlined clearly before work begins, either on the website, during consultation, or in written communication.

2. Website Templates & Digital Products
All website templates and digital products are sold as one-time purchases unless stated otherwise.
When you purchase a template:
You are granted a licence for personal or business use
You may edit and customise the template for your own project
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim the template as your own work
Templates are delivered as-is. While support or guided setup may be included, templates are not custom-built unless explicitly agreed.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full before:
Access to templates or digital products is granted
Any service work begins (unless a deposit agreement is in place)
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect completed purchases.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products and services:
All template and digital product sales are non-refundable
Refunds are not provided once access or delivery has been granted
For services:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
Cancellations after work has begun may still require full payment depending on progress
If you experience technical issues or access problems, please contact us and we will resolve them promptly.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Supply content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
Review work and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.
6. Revisions & Changes
Revisions are limited to the scope outlined in the agreed service or product description.
Major changes outside the original scope may require:

7. Intellectual Property
All original designs, templates, and content remain the intellectual property of Abdul Kareem unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment:
Clients receive usage rights for their own business or personal use
Ownership of custom work may be transferred where agreed in writing
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as website builders, hosting providers, payment processors, or booking tools.
We are not responsible for:
Changes, downtime, or issues caused by third-party services
Ongoing costs associated with third-party platforms (subscriptions, hosting, domains, etc.)
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from use of our services or products
Issues caused by misuse, third-party tools, or unauthorised modifications
All services and products are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific business outcomes.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services or products if:

Abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is detected
