A digital transformation designed to evoke tranquility and professionalise the online presence of a Manchester-based holistic therapy studio.
Wellness Within provides a peaceful sanctuary for holistic massage and natural beauty treatments, but its previous digital presence didn't fully capture the "garden cabin" serenity of the physical experience. The goal was to move away from a generic service list toward a high-end, restorative digital journey that builds trust with female-focused clientele.

The visual approach swaps clinical coldness for a soft, "earth-and-air" aesthetic. We moved away from stock photography toward authentic imagery of the garden cabin to establish immediate environmental trust.
Typography: A blend of elegant, serif headers for a premium feel and clean, sans-serif body text for readability.
Palette: Muted sage greens, warm creams, and soft clays to mirror the organic products used in-studio.
Layout: High use of white space (negative space) to simulate the feeling of a "tranquil sanctuary."
Rebuilt with a mobile-first mindset, the site prioritizes the "Book Now" journey. We integrated a seamless scheduling system that allows clients to book vouchers and packages with fewer clicks.
Accessibility was a core pillar, ensuring that the site is easily navigable for clients seeking Cancer Care or Pregnancy services who may be experiencing physical or emotional fatigue.
The redesigned Wellness Within website now serves as a digital extension of the garden cabin. It doesn't just list services; it begins the treatment process the moment a user lands on the page.
