Many fitness apps overwhelm users with dense metrics and disconnected data points. I wanted to design an interface that prioritises progress and momentum, turning raw health data into something motivating rather than intimidating.
Approach
The layout is built around a strong visual hierarchy, using large data cards, clear iconography, and warm contrast to guide attention. Key metrics like heart rate, sleep, and daily activity are surfaced through modular cards that feel dynamic and scannable, while social and progress cues reinforce consistency and engagement.
Outcome
The result is a dashboard that makes fitness progress feel tangible and personal. The interface balances performance data with emotional motivation, encouraging users to stay consistent and understand their health without friction.
Key Focus Areas
Progress visualisation
Modular data cards
